Tray Wellington Band

The Tray Wellington Band is the touring group of banjo player Tray Wellington, who is based in Raleigh, North Carolina. Wellington was named IBMA Momentum Instrumentalist of the Year in 2019 and shared Momentum Band of the Year that year as a member of Cane Mill Road. His album Heart on the Table continues a style of bluegrass that reaches past traditional subgenre boundaries.
