Congress the Band is a rock group from Charleston, South Carolina, whose sound blends indie rock, Americana and Southern roots. The lineup is William Bennett on vocals, Daniel Guy and Lukas Mishustin on guitars, Rob Farmer on bass and Jett Seawell on drums, and the band moved from Charleston clubs to national touring in 2026.
